The Royal Pop Lab website is a brand operated by TG GROUP.

Definitions: throughout the website and in these Terms of Sale, the terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to TG GROUP (the "Seller"), operating the website under the Royal Pop Lab brand.

Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the online sale of goods (alarm clocks and related items) offered on the Royal Pop Lab website by TG GROUP to consumer customers, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

The rules relating to use of the website (content, accounts, prohibited uses, etc.) are governed by the website's Terms of Service, which may be presented on a dedicated page. The provisions below relating to sales (orders, delivery, withdrawal, warranties) prevail for purchases.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that the display of colours on your computer screen will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, when there is a legitimate reason. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All descriptions of products or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer of a product made on this website is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors on the website will be corrected.

Prices

The prices of our products may be changed without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us where there is a legitimate reason (for example: suspected fraud, payment incident, manifestly inconsistent information, inability to deliver to the indicated address). We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event of modification or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to inform you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.

The indicated times are estimated (indicative) and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods and external events. In the event of a significant delay, you may contact our customer service. If delivery does not take place after a follow-up and a reasonable additional period, you may, under the conditions provided by law, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, you may send us an email at contact@royalpop-lab.com clearly expressing your wish to withdraw, indicating your order number.

You may handle the product as you would in a store to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The original packaging and labels are not mandatory to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, but they are recommended when you still have them, in order to protect the product during transport. If the handling goes beyond what is necessary, a depreciation charge may be applied where justified.

The right of withdrawal also applies to items sold on promotion (excluding specific legal exceptions).

Returns and refunds

Free returns: TG GROUP covers return costs. After your request, we will provide you with practical instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: we issue the refund within 10 business days at the latest after receipt and inspection of the return (and/or after receipt of proof of shipment where applicable), and in any case within the statutory time limits.

Statutory warranties

Independently of any commercial policy, you benefit from applicable statutory warranties, including the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

Terms of use of the website

The clauses below mainly govern the use of the website (user behaviour, content, third-party tools, etc.). They apply insofar as they do not contradict these Terms of Sale and the consumer's statutory rights.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the site, or when you cease using our site.
